伦敦玛丽女王大学博士后职位招聘–细胞生物学、分子生物学方向
About the project
Much evidence indicates that in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) the immunosuppressed microenvironment is epigenetically regulated and super enhancers play an important role in this process. The project involves modifying 2 established 3D models for PDAC and identifying therapeutic modalities that reverse the immunosuppression and the attendant epigenetic changes. Promising modalities will be tested in either by our group or collaborators in a PDAC GEMM.
