英国伦敦玛丽女王大学博士后职位招聘–细胞生物学、组织培养和显微镜方面
We are looking for motivated postdoctoral researcher to join the Godinho lab to study the role of centrosome amplification in tumourigenesis. Centrosome duplication is a tightly regulated process; however, cancer cells display several centrosomal abnormalities including amplified numbers of centrosomes. This project aims at dissecting the role of altered secretion induced by centrosome amplification, which our lab described (Arnandis et al, Dev Cell, 2018; Adams et al., Curr Biol, 2021), during tumour progression and tumour microenvironment remodelling. The successful candidate will utilise a variety approaches, including 3-D cell culture systems, mouse cancer models, quantitative proteomic analyses and cutting-edge imaging. The candidate will join the vibrant multidisciplinary scientific environment at the BCI, in central London, and will be supported to develop their scientific career. There will be ample opportunity for collaborations and training (e.g. imaging/mouse courses, reviewing manuscripts, scientific writing, presentation and supervision skills) to provide a well-rounded experience/training. This post is fixed-term 3-year contract (salary range: £39,308 – £43,592 per annum) and is funded by CRUK as part of a Programme Foundation Award.
Essential requirements for this post:
· PhD in a relevant biological subject;
· Significant research laboratory experience in cell biology, tissue culture and microscopy;
· Ability to communicate well, work within a team and maintain good laboratory records.
