The Dagliyan Lab, https://ki.se/en/mbb/dagliyan-lab, is looking for computational biologists who are interested in the some of the following topics: computational protein design, biosensors development, single cell technologies, motion analyses. The candidate will be responsible for the development of new algorithms or implementation of the existing algorithms to conduct analyses. The candidate will be in close collaboration with the experimentalists in the lab and will have the chance to gain experience with the experimental methods as well. If the candidate has some experimental experience, that is a plus. We prefer a postdoctoral fellow candidates who have completed PhD in the last two years, but we are open to other possibilities.
