About the Role:
The Greening of African Economic Development is a pioneering research project focusing on a key development issue of our time, funded by the British Academy grant (2023-2026). The Post-Doc Researcher will work with the British Academy Global Professor leading the project. The research involves exciting research tasks – desk-based and fieldwork in selected African countries. The research project is fully funded by the British Academy, covering the period from January 2023 to December 2026.
The Post-Doc position is funded for 36 months and involves research activities, including fieldwork, data analysis, writing up, and some management/administration of the project together with the project leader.
Develop research objectives and proposals for the individual and collaborative research, design data collection and analysis, and prepare publications and all tasks associated with the research project with the assistance of the Principal Investigator.
Conduct individual and collaborative research projects.
