Job Summary:
Our lab focuses on novel therapeutic approaches to cancer using small molecule inhibitors developed at the Brown Cancer center. This project involves a pediatric glioma study. We believe our biomedical research has great potential to be translated into the clinic and we invite you to join our mission to reduce childhood cancer deaths. The candidate will investigate the potential of anti-RAS/anti-metabolism drugs to treat pediatric gliomas using tissue culture and animal models. The applicant is required to have a Ph.D./MD in cancer biology or related field with relevant laboratory experience.

1. Co-design experiments and analyze data.

Preferred Qualifications:
Potential candidates should have a Ph.D. or MD with a background in cell/molecular biology. Experience with animal models would be preferred. Works well in a team environment but can work well independently and have good communication skills.
Minimum Requirements: PhD, MD or DVM and 0-3 years of related experience are required. The successful candidate must have effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
