We use analysis of skeletal morphology in combination with biomechanical studies to explore the functional morphology of the human and ape skeleton and reconstruct locomotor and tool use behaviour of our fossil relatives.

Graduate Students

The lab is accepting applications for graduate students for Fall 2024. Projects available are focused on either (1) functional morphology of the postcranial skeleton or (2) biomechanics of locomotion in zoo-housed primates.
