美国明尼苏达大学博士后职位招聘–生物信息学/表观遗传学的背景
Job Description
Two postdoctoral positions are open in the lab of Dr. Darko Bosnakovski:
https://med.umn.edu/pediatrics/research/research-laboratories-and-programs/bosnakovski-lab
Postdoctoral position in epigenomics of sarcoma: https://hr.myu.umn.edu/jobs/ext/352346
Postdoctoral position available in the laboratory of Dr. Bosnakovski at the Department of Pediatrics to work on the epigenetic and cellular mechanisms of CIC-DUX4 and Ewing sarcoma. The fellow will have an opportunity to use various in vitro and in vivo models to study the epigenetic and cellular aberrations induced by the oncogenes. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate that accepts the challenges of working on multiomic analyses to study the different cellular compartments of the muscle. The candidate will be be trained to work with different primary and immortalized cell lines, ES and IPS cells, and animal models. They will have the opportunity to learn FACS analyses and sorting, imagining, gene targeting, various molecular biology technics required to study chromatin accessibility and organization, and bioinformatics.
Postdoctoral position in skeletal muscle regeneration/degeneration: https://hr.myu.umn.edu/jobs/ext/352347
NIH funded postdoctoral position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Bosnakovski at the Department of Pediatrics to work on the molecular and cellular mechanism of Facioscapulohumeral Muscular Dystrophy (FSHD).
