Xiaotian Zhang’s lab at University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston are recruiting 1-2 postdocs. 张博士2010年毕业于复旦大学,2016年于Baylor College of Medicine受教于知名血液干细胞专家,美国医学院院士Dr. Margaret Goodell获得Ph.D. in Molecular Human Genetics. 2017-2022年张博士于Van Andel Institute, University of Michigan先后担任special fellow, research investigator等职位。张博士先以第一作者发表Nature Genetics 揭示DNA甲基化与去甲基化在白血病发生中的协同作用,并且构建高效甲基化转移酶系统。在担任Van Andel special fellow期间组建团队以通讯作者发表Cancer Discovery ,Molecular Cell, Blood, eLife多篇文章,关注在白血病维持及血液发生过程中重要基因表达的转录与3D 基因组调控。张博士实验室将主要关注 以下方向
1. Transcriptional Hijacking by mutant NPM1 in acute myeloid leukemia development and maintenance
2. Chromatin and transcriptional regulation by nuclear export machineries in development and cancer
3. Polycomb and TF mediated 3D genomic structure in cancer and normal physiology.
