实验室主要研究方向是食品活性成分（dietary bioactives/phytochemicals）和肠道菌（gut microbiota）相互作用，以及对炎症类疾病及癌症（inflammatory diseases, such as inflammatory bowel disease, and inflammation-associated tumorigenesis）的防治效果。实验室目前多个研究课题funded by美国国立卫生研究院（NIH）和美国农业部（USDA）。

Requirements:

Applicants are expected to hold a Ph.D. in Molecular/Biochemical Nutrition, Molecular Medicine, Molecular Pharmaceutics, Biochemistry, or a closely related field, with 0-3 years of postdoc experience. 

Solid experience in wet-lab and mouse studies.

Prior research experience in gut microbiome, multi-omics (e.g., metagenomics, metabolomics), inflammatory diseases/cancerare highly favorable.

Good verbal and written English.
