Job Description

The Shaoyi Jiang Lab at Cornell currently has one postdoctoral Fellow position available in the area of stem cells and biomaterials to work on the controlled culture of induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) and organoids using zwitterionic materials (Nature Medicine, 25, 1566, 2019). The work is in collaboration with researchers at Weill Cornell Medicine. Candidates with a strong background in stem cell biology, biomaterials or stem cell-material interactions are encouraged to apply. 

The Jiang lab works on both fundamental and translational research problems at the interface of materials and biological sciences, particularly (a) biomaterials and regenerative /precision medicine and (b) drug delivery and cancer vaccines/neural diseases.
