0.5 FTE, 18 Month, Fixed-Term, Part-time Post
Position summary
A post-doctoral research position for the IRC/COALESCE INSTAR+ funded project ‘Irish Peatland Archaeology Across Time’ is available to collate and analyse archaeological data from archival and other relevant sources.
Applicants must have experience and knowledge of Irish peatland archaeology and associated data including palaeoenvironmental and related analyses.
Previous experience of the use of databases and GIS for the manipulation and analysis of archaeological data and publication writing, would also be an advantage.
Project Title: I-PEAAT (Irish Peatland Archaeology Across Time)
Post Duration: 18 months
Salary: €41,207 – €47,477 p.a. (IUA PD1 Salary Scale), pro rata 0.5 FTE
