Description
This postdoc position will be responsible for conducting research with NCSU nuclear theory group and primarily with Vladimir Skokov.
The postdoc will perform theoretical studies in the area of research relevant for the future Electron Ion Collider (U.S.A.). Specifically, the postdoc will study potential experimental signatures of gluon saturation.
The postdoc will use local and off-site facilities to perform required numerical calculations.

To build a unified framework for a systematic first-principle description of multiparticle production and multiparticle correlations at small x in various colliding systems. To publish the findings of the research in scientific journals and provide supporting data for future grant proposals to ensure continued funding of the project.
Requirements and Preferences
Work Schedule Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education
The ideal candidate would have a PhD in Theoretical Physics, previous experience with theoretical small-x calculations and ability to write and use numerical codes.
