美国西北大学博士后职位 – 癌症中的 RNA 基因组学
Dr. Zhe Ji’s laboratory at Northwestern University is seeking postdoctoral fellows working on the regulation of gene transcription and RNA translation in cancers. Our group uses cutting-edge high-throughput genomic technologies, such as single-cell RNA-seq, ribosome profiling, ATAC-seq, ChIP-seq, and CLIP-seq, and computational modeling to identify key genes and associated regulatory circuits underlying oncogenic processes. Our work will reveal novel therapeutic strategies for precision medicine and immunotherapy of cancer. Ideal applicants should meet the following requirements:
1) A Ph.D. degree in biomedical-related sciences;
2) Strong training in one or more of the following areas: molecular biology, RNA biology, cancer biology, immunology, stem cell biology, genomics, and mouse models;
3) Interested in or experienced with genomic technologies.
The lab is located in the Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center at Northwestern University in downtown Chicago. Northwestern University is a top university in the world, with a highly collaborative and supportive research environment.
