西奈山伊坎医学院博士后职位招聘–医学基因组学
We are looking for highly motivated, detail-oriented computational (dry) or experimental (wet) PhDs with genuine interested in research bridging medicine and genomics to join the Tsankov lab (www.tsankovlab.org) in NYC. Our lab’s overall vision is to build data-driven, quantitative models that improve diagnosis, find new drug-able pathways, and personalize treatment of patients with lung cancer and respiratory diseases. We use single cell technologies (cell transcriptomic, epigenomic, and spatial) on clinical samples in order to dissect the regulatory mechanisms that drive the development of lung disease and understand how interactions with the immune and stromal microenvironment can be targeted for personalized therapy. PhDs with experience in bioinformatics, genomics, genetic mouse modeling, organoid co-culturing, immunology, lung, and cancer biology are highly encouraged to apply.
New lab members have the option of being cross-trained to apply and develop computational frameworks and experimental techniques for single-cell transcriptomic, epigenomic, and spatial data and will frequently interact with multi-disciplinary, clinical scientists at Mount Sinai and the Broad Institute. We value team oriented individuals with excellent written/verbal communication skills and ability to think creatively and work independently.
Interested applicants please send 1) your CV with a list of publications and research experiences, 2) a short summary of your present and future research interests, and 3) list of three references and their contact information to alexander.tsankov@mssm.edu. Compensation exceeds the NIH pay scale and position includes subsidized housing.
