Postdoctoral Scholar – McGraw lab

The Laboratory of Elizabeth McGraw (http://vectorbiologygroup.com/) at Penn State is recruiting a highly-motivated Postdoctoral Scholar to work on the interactions between Wolbachia, arboviruses, and mosquitoes. The position will begin in early 2022. Candidates with skills in molecular biology, virology, and or vector biology will be considered. Candidates who enjoy teamwork, leadership, and collaborative science in a diverse campus community are desirable.

The position requires a PhD in Biology, Ecology, Evolution, Entomology, Virology, Molecular Biology, or a related field. Competence with statistical software and data management are necessary. Excellent communication skills, including writing, are required, as is a strong publication record. Salary/benefit package is competitive.
