Job Summary:
A postdoctoral fellow position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Liming Pei at the Center for Mitochondrial and Epigenomic Medicine at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and University of Pennsylvania. Our laboratory uses a range of molecular and cellular biology, mouse genetics, and single-cell multiomics technologies to study cardiovascular and metabolic biology and disease. The candidate will work closely with the other members of the research team.

Job Responsibilities:
-Conduct independent scholarly research and develop new methods and protocols
-Participate in project planning, recording and evaluation of data
-Acquire technical, lab management and grant writing skills
-Participate in seminars, lectures, poster sessions and presentation at national meetings
-Supervise junior lab members
-Assist with other research projects
Required Education & Experience:
-A terminal degree (PhD, MD, DVM, etc)
-copy of diploma/transcript required
