英国利兹大学博士后职位—生殖生物学
Research Technician or Research Fellow in Reproductive Biology
University of Leeds
Description
A BBSRC-funded position is available in the lab of Dr Niamh Forde, based in the LIGHT laboratories at the University of Leeds. This role will contribute to the analysis of the role components of extracellular vesicles play in the communication between the embryo and the uterine endometrium during early pregnancy in cattle.
We are looking for a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow to join our dynamic group on a BBSRC-funded project. This project aims to understand the role of extracellular vesicles in the molecular communication between the embryo and the endometrium during the peri-implantation period of pregnancy. We are specifically interested in how the cargo of the EVs differ between embryos with different developmental competencies and how these are incorporated into the endometrium to modify the pregnancy recognition response. This project will involve testing the function and mechanism by which different cargo of EVs alter endometrial function using in vitro model systems established in the lab.
