A postdoctoral position is available at the Feinberg Cardiovascular and Renal Research Institute (FCVRRI), Northwestern University School of Medicine, Chicago, USA, to study the cellular and molecular mechanisms controlling the formation of the cardiovascular system using mouse models and stem cell-based approaches. We are particularly interested in understanding signaling pathways leading to transcriptional regulation of genes involved in developmental and pathological angiogenesis. Potential candidates should have strong research experience in molecular/cell biology, vascular biology, developmental biology, mouse models, single cell RNA-sequencing technologies, or related fields. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues within the FCVRRI and across Northwestern University’s campus to take full advantage of the rich scientific surroundings.
