These new drugs will be tested on a panel of breast cancer cell lines for their ability to inhibit cell proliferation and induce cell death. In addition, studies will be carried out to determine how these drugs act at a molecular level. The ultimate aim is to identify new drugs that will be evaluated in clinical trials.
